Story and Strategy Expands Team with Communications Specialist Chelsea Hudson

Meet the newest member of the Story and Strategy team: a communicator who knows how to ask the right questions and tell stories that matter.

Every great story starts with asking the right questions and finding what matters most. Those skills are why we're excited to welcome Chelsea Hudson to the Story and Strategy team as our newest communications specialist.

Chelsea brings more than a decade of experience in journalism, content creation and storytelling. She spent 12 years as a television news producer in the Las Vegas and Dallas-Fort Worth markets, helping shape daily news coverage and identifying the stories that mattered most to local audiences. Along the way, she developed a deep understanding of what makes a story resonate. Her work was recognized with a nomination for a Lone Star Regional Emmy Award for Best Newscast.

That newsroom experience gives Chelsea a unique perspective on strategic communications. She understands how to uncover compelling stories and connect organizations with the right audiences.

Since joining Story and Strategy this summer, Chelsea has played a key role in producing a new pediatric health podcast for one of our clients. From shaping episode concepts to and overseeing production, she brings creativity and a producer's attention to detail to every episode.

Chelsea's passion for storytelling is not confined to her professional work. Since 2022, she has built an engaged community of more than 16,000 followers on Instagram, where she connects readers with new books and authors. Through partnerships with publishers, authors and public relations professionals, she has expanded her expertise in digital content creation while continuing to champion the power of a well-told story. She's also currently working toward publishing her first book.

"Chelsea combines the instincts of an Emmy-nominated journalist with the creativity of a modern content creator," said Kim Brown, APR, co-founder of Story and Strategy. "She knows how to find the story, shape the message and connect it with the audiences who need to hear it."
